Craft: Sunshine Flower Pot
This colorful pot is an easy way to brighten your room and grow some pretty spring flowers.
What you need:
- - Flower pot
- - Colorful buttons
- - Craft glue
- - Yellow acrylic paint
- - Paintbrush
- - Scissors
Steps:
1. Paint the pot inside and out with two or three coats of paint.
2. Once the pot is dry, use your craft glue to glue the buttons to the rim of the pot. Tip: If the buttons don't stick, ask your mom or dad to glue them on with a hot glue gun.
3. Use either artificial flowers (you'll need Styrofoam to keep them in place) or plant a flower bulb (and add soil) for a bloom you'll see later in the season!
