What you need:

• - 1 sheet black construction paper
• - Pencil
• - Tape
• - Star stickers
• - Scissors

Steps:

1. Wrap the black contruction paper around the pencil. Remove any excess paper with scissors.
2. Fold in the ends and tape one end of the tube.
3. Remove the pencil from the tube and tape the other end.
4. Decorate it with star stickers or colored ribbon to rev it up.
