Optical Illusions
Now you see it, now you don’t!

What you need:
- - White paper
- - Black marker
Steps:
-
1. Draw an X and a big black dot on a piece of paper.
2. Close your right eye and cover it with your hand.
3. Focus on the black dot and watch what happens – the X disappears!
4. Remove your hand from your eye and the X will re-appear. It’s magic!
Explanation:
The reason you can’t see the X when you close one eye is because you have a blind spot at the back of each eye. Our vision overcompensates for that when the two eyes are working together, which is why the X re-appears when you remove your hand from the right eye!Sponsored Feature
